Coastal Charleston Properties Team formed with the merging of 2 long standing Daniel Island Real Estate Agents Rick Horger, Sally Castengera; Evan Murray joined the group in 2020 after serving in the United States Army and together they have facilitated over $1Billion worth of transactions with a combined 60 years of Real Estate in the Lowcountry!

She them moved to Charleston where she received her Master’s Degree from the Citadel in Social Science. She is a journalist for the Folly Current, West of the Press and the Website Administrator for the Citadel. Hanalei agreed to become the digital media manager for The Coastal Charleston Group and has been an invaluable asset to the team!
