Katelyn joins Corcoran HM Properties as a valued member of Evan Murray’s team,
bringing a strong background in hospitality and sales. Her experience in fast-paced,
client-focused environments has shaped her exceptional customer service skills,
adaptability, and attention to detail.

Entering the real estate industry with enthusiasm and a commitment to growth, Katelyn

A native of South Carolina, Katelyn recently returned to her roots after spending the
past ten years in Charlotte. She now calls Charleston home, where she embraces the
Lowcountry lifestyle and the community she knows and loves.
Outside of real estate, Katelyn enjoys reading, traveling, collecting antiques, and
watching movies. She lives in Charleston with the two loves of her life—her fiancé,
Corey, and her 11-year-old puppy, Reesie.
